About Mega-Ique Digital UG
Mega-Ique Digital UG was established in 2023 with the primary objective of addressing the ever-increasing need for IT experts and assisting companies in maximizing their utilization of digital transformation.
The genesis of Mega-Ique Digital UG traces back to the keen observation made by Mr. Gomdjim Kuitche Eric, our founder. He noticed the prevalent struggle among numerous companies in adapting to advancing technologies like agile methodologies, containerization, Cloud computing, and more. This challenge is deeply rooted in the organizational work culture, a deficit in strategies to upskill employees in line with technological advancements, the proficiency level of the workforce, and compounded by the aging workforce demographics across Europe.
Driven by this insight, he recognized the imperative to introduce training and upskilling programs, specifically, outsourcing services in collaboration with companies in African countries. To materialize this vision, our company has already forged a partnership with Mega-Ique Digital SARL in Cameroon
